LR 72.03 – WAIVER UNDER THIS RULE Failure of a party to file a timely motion for review of non-dispositive matters or to timely object to a report and recommendation of a Magistrate Judge in dispositive matters may constitute a waiver of any right to raise the matter in further proceedings.
