LR 72.04 – TRANSCRIPTION OF THE RECORD FOR PURPOSES OF REVIEW If transcripts are necessary for a review under this rule, the moving party must, within fourteen (14) days from the service upon opposing counsel of the motion for review, arrange for the transcription of so much of the record as the parties shall designate. The District Judge may direct any other portions of the record to be transcribed.
