LR 83.07 – DESTRUCTION OF FILINGS Unless prohibited by order of the Court, all documents filed manually in a case, either as paper documents or on data storage devices, may be destroyed by the Clerk, without notice, any time after thirty (30) days following final determination, including appeals.
