79-3. Files; Custody and Withdrawal All files of the Court shall remain in the custody of the Clerk. The "original copy" of a document filed via ECF is the electronic file stored on ECF. Physical documents belonging to the files of the Court may be taken from the custody of the Clerk only in extraordinary circumstances, by special order of a Judge and with a proper receipt signed by the person obtaining the record or document.
