LCR 5.1. Duty Magistrate Judge
Magistrate Judges designated as the duty magistrate judges for the Eastern and Western Divisions pursuant to LR 77.2 shall have the power to perform all duties accorded to magistrate judges set forth in the United States Code and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
