LR 81.1. Complaints Under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §1983, by Persons in Custody Pro se complaints brought under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §1983, by persons in custody shall be in writing, signed and certified. Such complaints shall be on forms supplied by the Court.
