LR 83.3. Publication of Advertisements Except in sales of realty or interests therein, publication of any notice or advertisement required by law or rule of court shall be made in a newspaper of general circulation, in the city of Chicago when the case is pending in the Eastern Division, and in a newspaper of general circulation in the cities of Freeport or Rockford when the case is pending in the Western Division. Additional notices or advertisements may be published via the Internet or e-mail, or such other means as ordered by the court.
