LCrR 16 16.1 DISCOVERY Stipulated Discovery Plan. At an arraignment, the parties may be asked if they are willing to agree to a stipulated discovery plan. If such a plan has been implemented in the district, and if the parties agree to participate in the plan, the magistrate judge may enter a standard discovery order, a copy of which may be obtained in advance of the arraignment from the office of the magistrate judge or from the courts' websites. The entry of a standard discovery order shall constitute compliance by the parties with Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 16.1(a).
