LR 83A JUDICIAL CONDUCT AND DISABILITY Complaints concerning the conduct of a federal judge or the inability of a federal judge to perform the duties of his or her office by reason of any mental or physical disability are governed by 28 U.S.C. §§ 351-364, and the Eighth Circuit Rules for Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings.
