Local Rule 1.3: Local Patent Rules
N.D.N.Y. — General rule
1.3 Local Patent Rules All Civilian Actions filed in or transferred to this Court alleging infringement of a patent in a complaint, counterclaim, cross-claim or third party claim, or seeking declaratory judgment that a patent is not infringed, is invalid, or is unenforceable shall be subject to the Local Patent Rules for the Northern District of New York.
