44.3 Reimbursement for Translation or Interpretation Services Prior court authorization is required for any party seeking reimbursement from the Court for translation or interpretation services in amounts exceeding the limits set forth 18 U.S.C. § 3006A(e). The Court may deny any timely or untimely request for reimbursement at its discretion.
