53.2 Master's Fees The Court, in its discretion, shall fix the compensation of masters. Factors the Court shall consider include expended hours, disbursements, the relative complexity of the matter, and whether the parties have previously consented to a reasonable rate of compensation. The compensation and disbursements shall be paid and taxed as costs in the manner and amounts that the Court directs unless the parties stipulate otherwise.
