73.1 Magistrate Judges: Trial by Consent Upon the consent of the parties, a Magistrate Judge shall conduct all proceedings in any civil case, including a jury or non-jury trial and shall order the entry of a final judgment, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). See L.R. 72.2(b)(2).
