N.D.N.Y. — General rule
77.3 Sessions of Court The Court shall be in continuous session in Albany, Binghamton, Syracuse, and Utica. The Court shall from time to time hold sessions in Auburn, Malone and Watertown, or such other place as the Court shall, by order, deem appropriate. Jurors shall serve as the Court directs.
