Local Rule 77.6: Release of Information
N.D.N.Y. — General rule
77.6 Release of Information All court personnel, including but not limited to marshals, deputy clerks, court clerks, bailiffs, court reporters, law clerks, secretaries, and probation officers, shall not disclose to any person, without the Court's authorization, information divulged in arguments and hearings held in chambers or otherwise outside the presence of the public or any information relating to a pending case that is not part of the Court's public records.
