N.D.N.Y. — General rule
78.1 Motion Days Listings of the regularly scheduled motion days for all judges shall be available at each Clerk's office and are available on the Court's webpage at "www.nynd.uscourts.gov." The Clerk shall provide notice of the regular motion days for all judges to the parties at the time an action is commenced.
