80.1 Stenographic Transcript: Court Reporting Fees Subject to the provisions of Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d), the expense of any party in obtaining all or any part of a transcript for the Court's use when the Court so orders and the expense of any party in obtaining all or any part of a transcript for the purposes of a new trial or for amended findings or for appeals shall be a taxable cost against the unsuccessful party. A fee schedule of transcript rates is available on the Court's webpage at "www.nynd.uscourts.gov."
