83.6 Transfer of Cases to Another District When possible and unless otherwise directed, the Clerk shall electronically transfer all materials in a case to the transferee district fourteen (14) days after the transfer order. The clerk shall otherwise mail all case materials to the transferee district fourteen (14) days after the transfer order.
