9.2 Requirement to File a Civil RICO Statement In any action in which a party asserts a claim under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., the party asserting such a claim shall file a RICO statement within thirty (30) days of the filing of the pleading containing such claim. This statement shall conform to the format that the Court has adopted and shall be entitled "RICO Statement." Parties may obtain copies of General Order #14 - CIVIL RICO STATEMENT FILING REQUIREMENTS from the Clerk's office or at the Court's webpage at "www.nynd.uscourts.gov." This statement shall state in detail and with specificity the information requested in the RICO Statement. The Court shall construe the RICO Statement as an amendment to the pleadings.
