Rule G Special Rules
(g) 1. Newspapers for Publishing Notices Unless the Court orders otherwise, every notice required to be published under the Local Admiralty Rules or any rules or statutes applying to admiralty and maritime proceedings shall be published in the following newspapers of general circulation in accordance with the L.R. 77.5.
(g) 2. Use of State Procedures When the plaintiff invokes a state procedure in order to attach or garnish as the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims permit, the process for attachment or garnishment shall identify the state law upon which the attachment or garnishment is based.
