Rule 3.14 Procedure as to Initial Papers All initial papers in civil cases shall be first filed either electronically (which is the Court's preference) or in the Office of the Clerk. Upon receipt of the filing, the Office of the Clerk will assign a case number and District Judge. The numbering and assignment of each case shall be completed before processing of the next case is commenced.
