Rule 3.2 Procedure for Assignment of Cases The procedure for the assignment of cases shall be the same for the Eastern and Western Divisions. Each of the District Judges in the Eastern and Western Divisions shall be assigned an equal share of the cases filed in his or her division except that the Chief Judge shall be assigned a one-half (50 percent) share. This shall apply to civil cases and to the miscellaneous docket.
