Local Rule Rule 3.3: Categories of Civil Cases

Rule 3.3 Categories of Civil Cases Depending upon the nature of the claim (principal claim if more than one claim is in the complaint), each case shall be designated as within one of the following categories:
1. Regular Civil 2. Administrative Review/Social Security 3. Death Penalty Habeas Corpus Immediately upon filing, each civil case shall be assigned to the appropriate category by the Clerk's Office.
