Local Rule Rule 3.9: Place of Holding Court

Rule 3.9 Place of Holding Court The Chief Judge, upon the recommendation of the appropriate Committee of the Court and with the approval of a majority of the active District Judges, may designate and assign any District Judge of the District to any place of holding court or division within the District whenever the business of such place or division so requires.
