Rule 39.2 Video and Telephone Conferences, Trials and Hearings Upon motion of any party, or sua sponte, and upon such terms as the Court may direct, the Court may enter an order in appropriate cases providing for the taking of testimony by video conferencing equipment at a trial or other hearing.
