Rule 79.1 Withdrawal of Paper No paper on file in this Court shall be temporarily withdrawn from the files for any purpose, unless by order of the Court, except for printing the Record on Appeal by a local printer. The Court may, in its discretion, prohibit any original papers from being taken from the files for the purpose of printing, and may require copies of such original papers be made for such purpose.

No paper shall be permanently withdrawn from the files except upon written order of the Court and the filing with the Clerk of (1) a duly certified copy of the paper so withdrawn and (2) a duly signed receipt of the party receiving the same. The party receiving such paper shall pay the fees for such certified copy and for the entry of the order.
