Local Rule Rule 83.2: Duties of Court Personnel
N.D. Ohio — General rule
Rule 83.2 Duties of Court Personnel All courtroom and courthouse personnel, including but not limited to Marshals, Deputy Marshals, Court Clerks, Court Reporters, Probation Officers, Pretrial Service Officers, and other personnel, shall not disclose to any person, without authorization by the Court, information relating to a pending criminal case or matters pending before the Grand Jury if such information or matters are not a part of the public record of the Court.
