Supplemental Rule E.8 Claims After Sale, How Limited In proceedings in rem, after a sale of the property under a final decree, claims upon the proceeds of sale, except for seamen's wages, will not be admitted on behalf of lienors filing complaints or claims after the sale, to the prejudice of lienors under claims filed before the sale, but shall be limited to the remnants and surplus, unless for cause shown it shall otherwise be ordered.
