Supplemental Rule F.2 Complaint Seeking Appraisement If an appraisement of the vessel is sought for the purpose of giving a stipulation for value, notice of the proceedings to appraise the vessel shall be given to such lienors and creditors as are stated in the complaint or known to the plaintiff, as the Court shall direct.
