LR Gen P 84.03. Addressing the Court; Examination of Witnesses.
Attorneys and pro se litigants who are physically able must stand and speak clearly when addressing the Court. Except by leave of Court, only one attorney for each party may participate in the examination and cross-examination of a witness. With the Court's permission, the attorney may approach a witness to present or inquire about an exhibit.
