LR PL P 8. Prisoners May Not Utilize This Court's CM/ECF System.
Unless and until the administrative rules are changed, pro se litigants are prohibited from using CM/ECF in the Northern District of West Virginia. Accordingly, all filings by pro se prisoners must be submitted on Court-approved forms or as otherwise provided in these Local Rules.
