Civil L.R. 101. Rule B – Maritime Attachment and Garnishment When the Plaintiff invokes a state procedure in order to attach or garnish as permitted by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or the Supplemental Rules, the process of attachment or garnishment shall identify the state law upon which the attachment or garnishment is based.
