Civil L.R. 103. Rule D – Possessory, Petitory, and Partition Actions Return Date. In a possessory action under Rule D, a Judicial Officer may order that the statement of right or interest and answer be filed on a date earlier than twenty-one (21) days after arrest. The order may also set the date for expedited hearing of the action.
