Civil L.R. 12. Motions to Dismiss or Motions for Judgment on the Pleadings in Pro Se Litigation Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, in litigation involving a pro se party where matters outside the pleadings are presented to the Court, in conjunction with a motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) or a motion for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(c), the procedure set forth in Civil Local Rule 56(a) applies.
