General L.R. 87. Reference of Bankruptcy Matters Pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 157(a) and the General Order of reference entered July 10, 1984, all cases arising under Title 11 of the United States Code, and proceedings arising in or related to cases under Title 11, United States Code, have been referred to the Bankruptcy Judges of this District and shall be commenced in the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Local Bankruptcy Rules.
