Civil Rule 23.1 Class Actions In any action sought to be maintained as a class action: a. The complaint, or other pleading asserting a class action must bear the legend "Class Action" below the docket number; and b. The complaint must include a statement describing the class or classes on behalf of which the action is sought to be maintained.
