Civil Rule 30.1 Depositions a. Transcripts/Record Cost. The deposing party must assume the cost of the record or transcription unless, upon motion or the parties' agreement, the Court orders a waiver of transcription or a different apportionment of cost. b. Court Copy. Whenever a deposition or any part thereof is to be read in Court, counsel using same must furnish a copy to the judge, which copy must be in addition to the original filed with the Court.
