Civil Rule 77.6 Court Library The Court maintains a law library for the primary use of judges and personnel of the Court. In addition, attorneys admitted to practice in this Court may use the library while actively engaged in actions or proceedings pending in the Court. The library is operated in accordance with such rules and regulations as the Court may from time to time adopt.
