4.4 Claim Construction Briefs. a. Not later than fourteen (14) days after close of claim construction discovery, the parties will simultaneously file and serve opening briefs and any evidence supporting their claim construction. b. Not later than fourteen (14) days after service of the opening briefs, the parties will simultaneously file and serve briefs responsive to the opposing party's opening brief and any evidence directly rebutting the supporting evidence contained in the opposing party's opening brief. c. Absent leave of Court, the provisions of Civ. L.R. 7.1.h for length of briefs for supporting and reply memoranda will apply to the length of opening and responsive claim construction briefs.
