LAdR 14. Possessory Actions -- Short Day Return. In all possessory actions upon special order of the Court, process may be made returnable upon a short day. The answer shall be filed within such time as may be specifically ordered by the Court, and a day of hearing then fixed, unless otherwise ordered. The hearing of possessory suits shall be given preference.
