Local Rule 1-3 - Sanctions for Errors as to Form The court may strike from the record any document that does not comply with the rules governing the form of documents filed with the court, such as rules that regulate document size or the number of copies to be filed or that require a special designation in the caption. The court may also sanction an attorney or party who files a non-compliant document.
