Local Rule 40-3 – Trial Start Dates The court expects that cases will be tried within 18 months after the complaint is filed, unless the court determines that this deadline is unreasonable due to:
(a) the case's complexity;
(b) staging provided by the case management plan; or
(c) the demands of the court's docket.
