LCrR 47 RESISTANCES TO MOTIONS Local Rule 7 governs motion procedure in criminal cases, except a resistance to a motion in a criminal case must be filed within 7 days after the motion is served. In any event, a resistance to a motion in a criminal case must be filed at least 4 days before the court proceeding at which the motion will be heard.
