LR 14 MOTIONS TO BRING IN THIRD PARTY A party moving to bring in a third party pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 14(a) must electronically attach to the motion and file under the same docket entry the proposed pleading bringing in the third party. If the motion is granted, the Clerk of Court will detach and docket the proposed pleading, and the Clerk of Court will prepare and deliver to the moving party a signed summons bearing the court's seal.
