Local Rule LR 83F: AVAILABILITY OF ELECTRONIC RECORDINGS

LR 83F AVAILABILITY OF ELECTRONIC RECORDINGS If a proceeding has only been recorded electronically, the court may, upon the request of any party, have a copy made of the electronic recording or to have a transcript prepared from the electronic recording, but only after the requesting party has made acceptable arrangements with the Clerk of Court to pay the costs associated with the request in accordance with the directives of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
