Local Admiralty Rule E.1. Adversary Hearing After Arrest, Attachment or Garnishment The adversary hearing after arrest, attachment, or garnishment that is called for in Supplemental Rule E(4)(f) must be conducted by a judicial officer within seven days, unless ordered otherwise.
