LR72. UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGES The magistrate judges of this District are authorized to perform all of the duties allowed by law, including the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636, and General Order 2001-6. These rules apply to proceedings before a magistrate judge. (Amended by General Order 2001-9, effective June 2, 2001).
