CrLR23. TRIAL CrLR23.1. Free Press-Fair Trial Guidelines. The Free Press-Fair Trial Guidelines of the Judicial Conference of the United States shall apply to all criminal proceedings in this district. 87 F.R.D. 519, 525 (1980).
CrLR23.2. Electromechanical Devices. Except by leave of the presiding judge, no photo- or electro-mechanical means of recordation or transmission of court proceedings is permitted in the courthouse.
