LR26. DISCOVERY LR26.1. Use of Discovery. When a discovery document is needed in a pretrial procedure, the required portions may be filed as an exhibit to a motion or response. Discovery material needed at trial or hearing may be introduced in open court under the Federal Rules of Evidence.
LR26.2. Placement of Discovery. Every answer, objection, or other response to any interrogatory, request for admission, or to produce shall be preceded by the question or request to which the response pertains.
