LR Civ P 43.1. Addressing the Court; Examination of Witnesses Attorneys and pro se litigants must stand and speak clearly when addressing the court. Only one attorney for each party may participate in examination and cross-examination of a witness. With the court=s permission, the attorney may approach a witness to present or inquire about an exhibit.
